Bella Birthday

Wow, life has been busy! That is good, but I haven't had any time to blog! I miss all my blogging buddies. This weekend a friend of mine and I are going to a weekend retreat for scrapbooking! I'm so looking forward to this. I haven't had time to scrapbook in so long and I am so behind. Anyway, here is a card I made for my friends birthday (a couple weeks ago!) This Bella is perfect for my friend and I because we are both junk food junkies! You can hardly tell by the picture, but I paper pieced her pants using some patterned paper. Baja Breeze for the base cardstock; the next layer is Pink Pirouette that I ran through my Big Shot using a cuttle bug embossing folder brayered with Baja Breeze ink. I distressed the edges of the bella layer. Some flowers with bling; some left over Blue Bayou ribbon.

So cute and fun! I love the color of that ribbon. I know about the busy thing. After getting a real job I feel like I don't have enough time for myself anymore.
