OK it is finally time for some Blog Candy!
How to win:
I've been thinking of the 80s a lot lately, because of the party I will be attending tomorrow night, so in keeping with that spirit and Stampin' Up!'s 20th anniversary, I want you to think back to the 80s and tell me what your favorite part was and what you miss the most. It could be a memory, favorite movie, song, style anything from the 80s. Just comment on this post sometime between now and midnight (EST) Sunday, August 3, 2008. I will pick a winner on Monday, August 4th.
I do not know what will be included yet in the Blog Candy, but I know it will include For a Friend stamp set among other things.

Have fun at convention! I miss the movies - Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, St. Elmo' Fire - they don't make movies like that any more!
Let's see...in 1980 I was 8....so I'm thinking Strawberry Shortcake was probably pretty special! I remember a lunchbox, a cookbook, notebooks and the dolls of course!
They were such *sweet* toys for little kids...now we have Bratz! Ugh!
Can't wait to see your posts when you get back!!
Hi Crissy! This is such a great idea! I loved the 80s (even though I was only 4 in 1980)! Hmmm...well, I agree with Michelle about Strawberry Shortcake and with Cindy about all the great John Hughes films...and I felt super old last week when I flipped on QVC and found out that it's the 25th anniversary of Cabbage Patch Kids - yikes! I had 5 of them! But, I'd have to say my favorite part of the 80's was MTV. Remember the original VJs???? And they actually played music videos, not reality shows??? And the music - Duran Duran, Talking Heads, The Police, Bananarama, Madonna and Prince(before they turned into such weirdos!), Cyndi Lauper, the Go-Gos, Rick Springfield - I could go on forever!!!!
Whoo, thanks for the trip down memory lane! Can't wait to read everyone else's faves.
Hope you're having a great time at convention!
I was a child in the 80s so what I miss most is seeing all of my grandparents and swim parties. Good memories. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

Hope you have a great time at the party! I was born in the 80's so my memories are kinda sparse. However, I do remember LOVING Michael Jackson and New Kids on the Block! Yeah for MJ.
shoulder pads! ;) What were we thinking! But my favorite part would be the hairdos! Lots of curls!
Hiya Crissy! I missed the deadline, but couldn't resist leaving a comment anyhow! EVERYTHING!! I miss everything! The 8o's were awesome! Everything from the big hair to the fun clothes! Ah...great times! : ) Hope you had a blast at convention! Big hug!
