I have a lot of things I want to make for the upcoming holidays, so please be sure to check back and see what I've done! I would love some feedback!
Here is my first altered item to share, I made a pen holder for my niece in Florida for a going back to school gift. I filled it with $1 finds at Dollar General (ruler, colored pencils, fru fru pen, teddy bear note pad, paper clips, etc.) The tin is a Cafe Bustelo espresso coffee tin (love this coffee). I spelled her name using my Cuttlebug, Olivia alphabet set. Sorry about the pictures, my hubby is the photographer of the family, not me! I am, however, very happy with the way the tin turned out. Very cute. Can't wait until she gets it.
I also made her a card to go with it...the Thinking of You is embossed using my Cuttlebug and I colored it with chalk. Again, the picture isn't the greatest. I usually scan my cards in, but I am need to get these shipped tomorrow.
Please feel free to leave any comments and tips, I'm new to blogs, so I appreciate any feedback. Thanks for looking and come back soon!
